The indoor pool and lazy river were fantastic for our kids. The air conditioner was pretty noisy, which made it hard to sleep. Conveniently close to a golf course. a nice place to stay.

I loved the beautiful surroundings and how easy it was to find everything, with countless local attractions just a short drive away, like the Memory Lane Antique Mall just a few steps down the road and Smoky Mountain Knife Works a lovely 700 meters away, making it perfect for weekend strolls and exploration; the hotel itself features comfortable beds and an awesome breakfast buffet, but we could have used a bit more soap and shampoo for our family of four.

The breakfast is fantastic and the outdoor seating is great for family meals. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which is perfect for kids.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it’s still reasonable.

The hotel is just a few steps from Memory Lane Antique Mall, making it super convenient for treasure hunting, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive to attractions like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which are bursting with activities and entertainment; additionally, I enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast each morning and appreciated the 24-hour indoor hot tub and pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the room cleanliness could definitely use some improvement, as the sticky bathroom floor and questionable mattress conditions left something to be desired.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast options and liked the nearby golf course. The indoor pool was a bit chilly for my taste. Wi-fi was slow and unreliable during my stay.

The property had a nice vibe, and I loved the availability of pools and hot cider at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were some minor damages. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude varied; one was helpful, while another was dismissive about my concerns. We had issues with the fireplace and cleanliness that risked ruining our stay. The location was a bit far from attractions but suitable for avoiding crowds. the amenities were great, yet the service felt inconsistent, making the experience a mixed bag for us.

Just a fine choice for a city break in Sevierville with good value for money. The hot breakfast was great.

The balcony overlooks a beautiful river and creates a lovely spot to unwind. The lobby feels welcoming and cozy, making you feel at home as soon as you walk in.
The breakfast area struggles with limited seating.

The breakfast was truly amazing, with everything you could wish for! I loved enjoying meals in the outdoor seating area, especially dinner under the stars. The 24-hour indoor hot tub and pool made our stay extra special—and my teens adored the lazy river!
do recommend 🥰🌟

Had a wonderful time during our romantic escape! Enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a lovely balcony view. The breakfast on the second floor was delicious, offering a variety of options. The 24-hour hot beverages and pool access were a nice touch, and the lobby's ambiance was welcoming.
The main road outside was busy, causing a bit of noise. The staff could improve their friendliness, especially in situations requiring compassion.

Great free breakfast and 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi was slow and noisy location.

The room felt like a small apartment, spacious with two TVs, a jacuzzi tub, balcony, and a comfortable king-size bed. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean, offering a relaxing time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Being close to attractions made it convenient for us to explore the area.
The pull-out couch mattress was uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep. The breakfast biscuits were hard, and there were minor issues with pricing discrepancies.

The Clarion Inn Willow River features lovely, spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast selection. some staff interactions were less than warm, and we experienced minor housekeeping oversights. Despite this, the pools and beautiful property made for an enjoyable getaway, ultimately worth recommending.

During our recent stay at Clarion Inn, I was quite impressed with the ironing facilities provided in the room. It was convenient to have the option to freshen up our clothes before heading out for the day. the air conditioning worked well to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, which was greatly appreciated. One of the highlights for me was the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to be able to enjoy a hot beverage in the mornings without having to leave the room. The sitting area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. Unfortunately, there were some areas that needed improvement. The terrace lacked garden furniture, which would have been a nice addition for enjoying the outdoors. The sink in the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some updating. The free toiletries provided were basic and could be expanded to include more amenities ' convenience. the room was equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I did notice that the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and could benefit from a deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I did have to request for my room to be cleaned multiple times during our stay. It would have been better if they were more proactive in ensuring regular cleaning. The laundry facilities were handy, but some of the machines seemed to be in need of maintenance as they were not functioning properly. This made it a bit challenging to do our laundry during our stay.

The room was mostly comfortable and clean, featuring a fireplace, jet tub, and a cozy sitting area. We appreciated the fresh, fluffy towels and abundant toiletries provided daily. the mattress had visible wear and should be replaced. The air conditioning was initially faulty, but staff promptly moved us. The shower was spacious, though it showed signs of black mold. Noise levels were manageable. Housekeeping was generally good except for one missed service after I requested towels. The smoke from nearby guests was intrusive and should be better managed. The breakfast selection was solid each morning.

We stayed at the hotel and the mattresses were absolutely disgusting—stained and uncomfortable. The staff was dismissive when we brought it up, and the dirty coffee mugs didn't help. Definitely not worth the money; !

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Air conditioning issues were immediately addressed by a responsive night shift attendant, who transferred us without delay. The breakfast selection was impressive and the coffee was top-notch. The lazy river, room balcony, and 24/7 indoor pool added to the experience. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I did encounter one less-than-welcoming front desk attendant. There were a few maintenance issues — a broken bathroom mirror trim, a small hole in the comforter, and an unsightly clog in the sink. the pool area lacked supervision, resulting in unruly behavior from unsupervised children. With minor improvements, this place has great potential.

Great breakfast and clean rooms. Smoking near entrance was a problem.

Exploring the lively Pigeon Forge, charming Gatlinburg, and the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains National Park was an absolute blast. Taking the family to Dollywood's Splash Country provided non, stop excitement and splashes. The kids couldn't get enough of the thrilling rides and water attractions.
My kids wished for a more kid, friendly menu in the on, site restaurant.

I enjoyed the views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the hot apple cider in the lobby, and the Southern-style gazebo. The lazy river and indoor pool were a refreshing way to relax.
I had the pleasure of admiring the lack of attention to corner and wall cleaning.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as hitting up Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Dollywood's Splash Country. We partied hard and made memories that will last a lifetime!
Wish there was a livelier nightlife scene nearby for us party animals to keep the fun going into the wee hours of the morning! .

Our stay at this beautiful motel for our 38th wedding anniversary was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. We appreciated the convenient access to downtown Pigeon Forge, without being right in the center of the hustle and bustle. The interconnected room allowed us to share space with our family, and the extra sink and mirror outside the restroom was a convenient touch. The hotel's ongoing renovations showcase their commitment to updating their facilities.
Some issues arose during our stay, including confusion at the front desk regarding payment and our room key deactivating a couple of times. We also encountered ants in the bathroom.

loved the clean - spacious room with a fantastic view of the river from the private balcony. the hotel is close enough to pigeon forge and gatlinburg - but far away from the craziness. the staff was so nice and friendly, and the hot breakfast was a great bonus.
Would recommend.

I chose Clarion Inn for its proximity to the Dolly Parton Statue, as I'm a huge fan of hers. The free to-go breakfast and terrace were great for relaxing, and the laundry facilities were a convenient bonus.
Crevices in room were dirty. WiFi and noise issues.
